I used to live on my own (I’m 19), but I live with my dad now to help him out, since he works all the time. We have a dog (Labrador Retriever), and I really want to get a kitten, as my own; that I can raise. The thing is, my father is a dog person (hunting dogs all the way lol) and doesnt really like cats to much. He knows I’m a responsible person. My golden retriever is the most gorgeous dog but he has long, hair that gets tangled. I do brush him. My husband is away at war and I work Thurs, Fri, and Sat from 8-6 so he will have to be outside during the day. I always make sure he has plenty of water but i do worry about him getting hot. His fur would be like us wearing a huge poofy jacket outside on a 85-90some degree day. I want to shave him but will his hair grow back for winter? Will his hair ever be so pretty again?
