How can I tell if my chihuahua is having a false pregnacy?

It has been more than month and a half since my female chihuahua had relations and she sleeps a lot and her tits are getting larger but her stomach is the same. She is just 11 month ancient and just had her first period. I don’t want her to have puppies but she has all the symptoms of a pregnant dog could it be fake pregnancy? Have you had a dog with a fake pregnancy?
I didn’t want her to be with my other dog but I can be looking after them 24 hours. I took her to the vet three weeks ago and she said that it was hard to tell if she was pregnant and how many weeks she had so I don’t know is she is pregnant or not maybe is just a fake pregnancy but I am going to take her to to an ultrasound to make sure tomorrow morning but I just wanted to know if someone had have a dog with fake pregnancy.
