~Elise + Kai~ questioned:

I bought an 8 week ancient female Labrador Retriever, (Kai), 2 days ago. I was wondering, how long should I walk her for when she is 16 weeks ancient? Also, when she is older, how many times per day and for how long, should I walk her?

I know not to walk her until she is 16 weeks ancient but I am starting leash training in a day or two.

Would one walk per day for approx. 40 mins – 1 hour be enough when she is older?
So about 40 or more minutes, twice a day? Will it be OK for her to get maybe a 1.5 hour walk once per day or should I just stick with 40 minutes twice a day? She would be getting a walk around the park (10 minute walk away) each day and a walk around both fields which would take atleast 40+ mins.

How long should I walk her once she gets to the 16 week age?
Would 30-40 minutes ONCE per day be OK when she’s still young?

Prefer quieter, smart, small hair, and cute with a Rottweiler.
You must not know much about Rottweilers or dogs 2nd answer. Not all Rootweilers or dogs have that attitude.

Edward M questioned:

I am going to adopt a golden retriever from a rescue, but I want to get an older one because I am 15 and I don’t want my parents to be stuck with a puppy when I go away to college. There is one that looks adorable on the rescue website that is 16 years ancient. I have never heard of a golden living that long. Do you reckon getting an older one is a excellent thought? How much longer do you reckon it would live?
