venomcrow questioned:

My Golden Retriever is three years ancient and until a month ago I never had a problem with him sleeping through the night…from 10pm-6am. Now he wakes up in the middle of the night and want to be let out. At first I thought he needs to wee but that is not it. Any thoughts how I can get him back to sleeping through the night?

What kind of personality would a Shetland Sheepdog and a Papillon mix have?

Kristin N questioned:

We are more than likely going to adopt a sheltie/papillon mix tomorrow….does anyone have either of these dogs or a mix that could tell us what to expect in terms of obediance, affection, and temperment?
Before you start calling my future dog an “hideous mutt” I reckon you should know that we are adopting this dog from a private small breed rescue group that puts the animal in a foster home until a excellent home is available. The foster mother has had Abby for a few months and says that she is a very friendly and smart dog. The dog is also an obvious mix between the two.

My Boston Terrier was potty trained when we brought the new 3mo ancient pitbull/boxer mix in to our home. Now the boston is climbing on people and peeing on them. They get along fantastic that is why we don’t know where all this is coming from.
