Start with leash training her to introduce her to the boundaries.

Don’t open the door unless the dog is on a leash and someone is holding the leash. Train it to sit before it goes out with you. Train it, with a leash on, to sit while you open the door. Train it to sit until you tell it do do something else. Training, training, training. Very simple. If you don’t know how to train, find someone who does. And never chase after a dog. They learn that it’s fun to be chased by humans, who can’t run quick enough to catch any but the smallest oldest dog. If you get mad when the dog comes to you, or when it runs off, it would be a very stupid dog who would come back to you knowing it will catch hell when it gets there. If you want a dog to come in a certain direction, go away from the dog and act like you’re walking away. If you haven’t taught the dog to come when called, do that.
